Return and refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges

For any damaged product, simply email us at support@nobunaga.com and return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the digital receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. 

Lost or stolen packages

Nobunaga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Nobunaga will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
